I don't know much about model agencies, but basically there's a head hero at an agency. They're usually experienced and get newly graduated heroes as sidekicks. After they've gotten enough experience there, they start their own agency and so on. The Wild Wild Pussycats are all named after domestic cat breeds, like Mandalay and Ragdoll. Except for Tiger, that is.
