What do you believe are the necessary qualities to have in a good leader?

Someone who cares for those beneath them, even if "beneath" may only be relative to certain situations. A leader must be powerful, but most their power comes from the strength of those who support them.

Often, it's easy to lose sight of that.

I have seen those who have lost sight of it, and can agree that it is not ideal.

How, then, would you have a good leader properly wield the power granted to them by their supporters?

I believe that the leader should fight for a cause that their supporters are also fighting for.

A leader who uses their power while deceiving their followers is one who I would not choose to follow.
