It seems as though wisdom is something many consider to be vital in leading well. I do not disagree - a foolish, impatient leader has no hope of keeping those under their protection safe, no matter how much they may care for them - but such things do not often come to people innately.

Do you believe it is possible to learn these things, and if so, what would you consider the best way to do it?
