[The camera shifts--Leo is holding the phone as he makes his way to his computer before setting it down. There is furious typing as he tries to google how to make things work.]

"Model number", what the hells is a model number. Oh, damn it all, I'll just find their number again, surely it can't be that hard...

[Did a virus pop up? He doesn't know about blue screens of death yet but still, technology is weird.]
