No matter who wins, the dogs truly triumph. I suppose that's a pretty good outcome in all honesty.
A library might make for a good public meeting spot, I'd assume. Individual temples are always nice, too, though I suppose I don't really have much of a preference either way. Whatever ends up being most convenient would be grand.
