I finished deciphering the data I collected last month. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, my detailed findings can be found here.

The coordinates within the portal turned out to be a bit more complicated than I was expecting. I was only able to complete a partial scan at the time, but I've already identified well over 100 vastly different spacetime coordinates within the data. It's possible that my Dynamo suffered an undetected malfunction during the scan due to the disruptions in spacetime, but it would be incredibly unlikely to see such clear and varied results due to an error. The more likely explanation is that the portal leads to a space connected to multiple dimensions at once, causing my Dynamo to pick up on numerous coordinates simultaneously.

Unfortunately, this means it's difficult to determine what coordinates belong to the "hub" dimension, let alone where any of the other coordinates go. Dimensional travel of this scale is also beyond what I'm used to. I'm working on adapting my technology to be able to visit or remotely scan these dimensions more efficiently, but using my current methods it would still take a miracle to find any of the places or people I'm looking for, not to mention an absurd amount of energy for even a single trip.

So what I'd like to know is, who here is familiar with interdimensional travel and open to the possibility of collaborating?

More specifically, I'm looking for anyone who has experience with initiating travel or observation between separate dimensions and/or setting the coordinates. Technological methods are preferred, but I'm willing to try and work with magic if I have to. That includes any gods whose domain might include something like this, even in an abstract sense. I'll take whatever I can get, provided it's of use to me.

[Hakkai hands the sheet of paper over. It shows a rough diagram of an observational network, not of an individual device, with a few landmarks filled in. The network itself seems to have been centered around the former location of Ni Jeni's temple.]

I believe he did, and I believe they were in place. This is where he had planned to put them.

[Hakkai spreads his hands in a tiny shrug.] Unfortunately, I don't know if any of them are still there, much less operable. It's been a few months, and he hadn't collected any useful data at the time of his disappearance.

[It's a bit different from how he would've done it, for sure. Observing key locations over targeting specific individuals? It seems like it'd be overly tedious to him when many of those locations would go completely unused, but it's a bit easier to maintain compared to personal tracking devices. He considers the diagram, mumbling half to Hakkai and half to himself.]

I'll check on them. Since most of the work has already been done, it'd be a waste not to make use of them somehow... ah, but if he was collecting data it'd be important to know where the information was being sent. It'd make more sense to transfer it all to a central location over storing it on the scattered devices, but if that's the case then the files might've been lost with the temple... if they're still operational there might be backup files stored on the devices, though...

He had a computer in his temple. I'm certain that's where he would have collected the data -- he discussed some of it with me, in fact, although I didn't see the raw numbers.

[He shakes his head, frowning thoughtfully.]

It's possible there's backup storage in the devices, but if not, I hope you can at least make use of them going on.

If they're still there, that is.

Even assuming there's no data storage on the devices, if there's a way to check when the last data transfer occurred it should at least be possible to determine the exact point in time the temple vanished. That could be useful... [if he decides to do any more time travelling. It doesn't hurt to have a few timespace coordinates on hand, just in case.]

... Anyway, with the blueprints I can repair or replace any damaged ones quite easily. I'll likely have to remove most of them for upgrades either way. [He folds up the sheet of paper, tucking it in his jacket.] You've been quite useful this time, so I'll let you know if I discover anything interesting.

[He's sure Ukoku would be mildly annoyed to have someone stealing away his machines for their own modifications, actually, but the thought of Ukoku's annoyance amuses him.]

I could give you the time down to a few hours myself, if you're curious. Should I come across anything else of interest, would you be interested in trading information?

[He shrugs off the first offer.] A few hours is too broad of a timeframe for my work. It would just be a useful bit of information to gain, so don't concern yourself with it.

I already said I'd tell you if I found anything interesting, so of course I'd expect the same in return.
