Just out of curiosity, what are some of your hobbies? Or were, if that's the case, if you stopped for some reason.

You can say as little or as much as you wish. I just want to know where your interests lie.

Singing and dancing mainly, though it was more of a job in my world. I suppose I treat cooking and exercise a bit more like hobbies than some people would, too.

Are you doing anything with this information, or is it just for your own reference?

It's just a matter of personal reference, just because I was curious.

However, it's good that you found a job you enjoyed.

Are you a researcher of some kind, then? I know Thoth is a god of wisdom, but not everyone takes so easily to their roles here.

Thank you. I'd like to pick it up again here somehow, but it seems like the most I can do on the Near Shore is sing for those who need it and be forgotten.

Yes. Before I arrived here, I lived in a vast library and was mostly concerned with learning as much as I could.

It seems like they retain all of their personality of the process, which should entail hobbies, right? That's more than enough.

But I guess they wouldn't know why they were like that, really.

Ah, you too? I spend most of my time with books. I feel like I'm a bit surprised to find someone with the same interests as me.

Is it truly surprising? There's much I need to learn about this realm, and in order to do so I need to study.

It feels like it's no longer an interest that holds the attention of many people, sadly.

its like theyre so bad it makes them even better

I like napping, and exercising, and meditating.

I suppose they would count, yes.

Making clothing. It started as a hobby, but I've been taking commission work lately.

Very interesting. What got you started on that, if you don't mind my continued prying?

Of course I don't mind. It's actually one of my fondest memories. When I was young, I was raised by a foster family while my father was away fighting in a war. During one of his visits, I tried on a dress that was meant for the daughter of the family I was staying with. My father saw me running around the house in it and said he thought I was cute. From then on, I was enamored with pretty clothing, and decided I wanted to learn to make my own.

Yoyo tricks I guess. I don't remember much more than that.

[....Okay that's mildly a lie, but he's caught on fairly quickly that talking about murder and poisoning people isn't smiled upon.]

I mean, that's still pretty interesting, though I don't really suppose I know a lot about it.

It's a toy. You use momentum and gravity to play with it.
